Welcoming Tom Merrow as Solvit’s Vice President of Sales & Channel Development
We’re thrilled to announce that Tom Merrow has joined Solvit as our Vice President of Sales & Channel Development — and if you know Tom’s track record, you know why we’re excited.
Tom brings 14 years at Salesforce leading F100 Enterprise Account teams across the full Sales-to-Success lifecycle. His accomplishments speak for themselves:
- 250M+ in total contract value with marquee enterprise accounts including EMC, Philips, Fidelity, Nielsen, IBM, and Cognizant
- Negotiated complex, multi-year (3–5 year) enterprise agreements across the full Salesforce cloud portfolio — Sales, Service, Partner, Platform, Marketing, and Analytics
- Built and led robust extended teams including top-tier SI and ISV partners
- Guided clients through transformational journeys from on-premise platforms to the cloud
Tom closed out his Salesforce career as Industry Program Leader for Global Enterprise Professional Services, where his team:
- Designed and executed an industry growth strategy targeting $1B TCV
- Deployed PS industry-specific plays expanding into resource management, project management, platform integration, and customer success
- Built co-selling programs with PSA ISV partners to expand market reach
- Created a repeatable, scalable pipeline expansion program that delivered 10X growth
Now, Tom brings all of that to Solvit
As our VP of Sales & Channel Development, Tom will lead:
- Channel & Partner Development — Deepening Solvit’s ecosystem relationships with Salesforce and our engaged PSA partners, building co-sell and referral programs that create real GTM traction
- Sales Leadership — Establishing the processes, pipeline discipline, and team structure to scale Solvit’s growth engine
- AI-Forward GTM — Positioning Solvit at the intersection of professional services and AI — helping clients transform not just their Salesforce workflows, but operations across their organizations
- Strategic Growth — Expanding across Solvit’s core service lines: implementation, customization, managed services, and emerging AI delivery models
